LEGACY20 Breakfast Club

Starting for the upcoming 2025-26 season, we will be offering our first annual 'Breakfast Club' membership program, where players will have the opportunity to develop their on-ice skill, speed and strength as a complimentary training element during the winter season. Additionally, we are offering off-ice training through Jason Johnson and LEGACY20 Training through this program.

On-ice sessions will focus on the following:

- skating technique & stride length

- speed & explosiveness

- shooting & passing

1a) Full Membership - 2017-2014's

- One (1) on-ice session per week (60 mins)

- 6:15am - 7:15am

- Start date: Tuesday, September 23, 2025

- End date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026

Off-dates: 11.18, 11.25, 12.23, 12.30

- LEGACY20 Training sessions every other Tuesday from 4:20-5:20pm with focus on functional speed, strength to maximize on-ice performance.

Training Dates: 9.23, 10.7, 10.21, 11.4, 12.9, 1.6, 1.20, 2.3

TOTAL: $_________16 on-ice & 8 off-ice sessions

1b) Full Membership - 2013-2010's

- One (1) on-ice session per week (60 mins)

- 6:15am - 7:15am

- Start date: Thursday, September 25, 2025

- End date: Thursday, February 12, 2026

- Off-weeks: 11.20, 11.27, 12.25, 1.1

- LEGACY20 Training sessions every other Tuesday from 4:20-5:20pm with focus on functional speed, strength to maximize on-ice performance.

Training Dates: 9.30, 10.14, 10.28, 11.11, 12.16, 1.13, 1.27, 2.10

2a) 1/2 Membership (On-Ice ONLY) 2017-2014's:

- One (1) on-ice session per week (60 mins)
