Lost and Found – Who should I contact?
If an item is lost or found during an event, please email info@legacy20arenamiddleton.com or call 608-821-1230. Items lost at events are held for 15-30 days and then either disposed of or donated. The lost and found bin is located inside Rink B.
First Aid – Where is it located?
A first aid station is behind the main concessions in the lobby. If you need assistance, please locate the nearest staff member. In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911.
Outside Food and Beverage – Can I bring my own?
Outside food and beverages are only allowed on an individual basis during youth games and practices. No outside food and beverages are allowed during
No external catering (including food trucks) is allowed on the property without pre-approval from the Director of Hospitality or Arena Manager. This includes team meals, tournament catering, etc. Please reach out to michael@legacy20arenamiddleton.com with questions.
Concessions – What is available?
Concessions are open during most practices and weekend games. Offerings include snacks, pizza, café beverages, beer, and liquor products.
A full concessions menu is available during large events and tournaments.
Payment Options – What forms of payment are accepted?
As of June 2025, Legacy20 Arena Middleton is a cashless venue. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Early Arrival – How early can we arrive?
As the weekly facility schedules will vary, we recommend arriving no earlier than 1 hour prior to your first scheduled game or session.
Select camps may have different arrival guidelines. If so, those updates will be communicated directly to families in advanced.
Locker Room Guidelines – When can we access them, and what are the rules?
Our locker rooms are used back-to-back due a full schedule. Please keep these guidelines in mind:
- Access is typically available 45-60 minutes prior to your scheduled ice time.
- Do not enter if another group is still using the space. Please respect their privacy and time.
- Please exit promptly after your session to allow the next group timely access.
- Storage between games or overnight is not permitted unless confirmed by the arena in advance.
- If you have any questions or issues, please speak with a staff member.
Re-Entry Policy – Can I reenter the building during an event?
Re-entry is generally allowed. During select ticketed events, a no re-entry policy will be strictly enforced.
Accessibility – What are my options?
The arena has the following options for accessible seating:
- Between Section 101 and 102
- Between Section 104 and 105
- Next to Section 109
- Eagle’s Nest (mezzanine level)
- Suites (mezzanine level)
An elevator is available near Section 109 inside Rink A. Handicapped parking is located at the front of the building near the main entrance.
