LEGACY20 Arena DeForest

Opening in 2025 and developed by Cascade Development, Deforest Yards is a state-of-the-art mixed-use housing and entertainment district that will offer a variety of sporting, recreational, and community events. Deforest Yards will also include a second location of local favorite Aranda's Mexican Restaurant, Youngblood Brewery, and ample green space for visitors to congregate.
