IGNITE Off-Ice Training 2026

LEGACY20 Summer Training Program is a 9-week workout program designed to prepare you for the upcoming hockey season. Focused on enhancing Mobility, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength, and Power, this program will help you build a strong foundation and improve your overall athletic performance on the ice.

All program activities will be held at Bob Suter's LEGACY20 Arena Middleton.

GROUP SIZE

The groups will average 12-15 athletes.

2015 Groups + Older

The Monday-Thursday training sessions for the 2015 group and older will be scheduled in the following time slots. Program fee is $600.00

2011/2012 Group (7:50 AM - 8:50 AM)

2010 + Group (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

2013/2014 Group (11:20 AM - 12:20 PM)

2015 Group (2:50pm-3:50pm MONDAY) (4:00pm-5:00pm TUESDAY-THURSDAY)

**Please note that times may be subject to change due to the USHL Main Camp, Futures Camp, and Suter Camp. A detailed summer schedule, including exact start and end times for off-ice sessions, will be provided before camp begins.
