Welcome to our IGNITE Program. This summer will mark our 5th year of running this development program and we look forward to making this our best summer yet. We have been working to improve IGNITE, including enhancing our teaching methods and implementing new drills/techniques to maximize player development over the 10 weeks.
2026 will be the 2nd year we are offering this development program to this age group, with strong leadership from our coaches.
For those of you who are new to this opportunity, IGNITE represents the following vision for our program: Identify. Grow. Nourish. Implement. Transform. Excel. We achieve this by focusing on acutely specific drills, instilling confidence through high quality repetitions, and sharpening those skills over time to enable the player to excel at the next level. We trust our four pillars of training methodology to accomplish this goal:

- Strength & Movement

*Please note that times are subject to change due to the USHL Madison Capitols Main Camp. A detailed summer schedule, including exact start and end times for Monday on-ice sessions, will be provided well in advance of the start date in June.
